Orders and Payments. Only registered users are permitted to place orders on the Website. Products may be selected from the available gemstone listings and added to the shopping cart. An order will be considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received by Shyama Gems. Shyama Gems reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Product Availability. Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability and may be sold prior to payment or order confirmation. If a product is unavailable, Shyama Gems may offer an alternative product of similar value. If the alternative product costs more, the customer must pay the price difference. If the alternative product costs less, the excess amount shall be credited to the customer’s Shyama Gems account as store credit. This store credit will be valid for 180 days from the date of issuance and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If no suitable alternative is available, the customer will be notified accordingly.
Shipping, Customs and Duties. Shyama Gems ships products domestically and internationally. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes as per the destination country’s laws. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery. Shyama Gems is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or circumstances beyond its control.

Gemstones described as “Hydro” are created using a hydrothermal process and are not naturally formed. “Quartz” refers to an amalgamation of two gemstones, which may be natural or processed.
